If you did not get a Security Warning when opening the VTN Calculator, it indicates that either your Security Level is set too High which makes it impossible to run the calculator, or too Low leaving your system open to virus attack. The proper setting is Medium which prompts you to "Enable Macros" allowing you to select which programs will run.

Left click on the "Tools" pull down menu on the top row of your Excel Application window;
select Macro,
and then Security.

The Security Settings window will pop up.
Select the "Medium" Security level radio button
and press "OK".
